Drone remote maintenance ticket
Reflection of the World supports its customers in the use of drones everywhere in France. To best support you in your drone activities in this context of reconfiguration, we are launching a new troubleshooting and remote support service by videoconference.
We troubleshoot your problems with settings / parameterization and understanding of the system, and direct you to a manufacturer repair if necessary (we are a maintenance center, especially for the dji brand). We also help you to check everything before the first flight to avoid "big nonsense".
To make an appointment / maintenance ticket, go here on aerial-shop, make your payment online after creating your account with your phone details and one of our technicians will call you back the same day. We have created different packages for this.

Mavic mini, Mavic air, Mavic air 2: 79€incl. VAT * (1)
Mavic 2, Phantom 4: 99€incl. VAT
Mavic 2 enterprise, Matrix, Inspire 1 & 2, p4 RTK or multispectral: 119€ttc
Racer: 89€incl. VAT
Administrative assistance (Alpha Tango manipulation, mission authorization request, advice related to DGAC procedures, regulations): 149 € ttc
The exchange is limited to a maximum of 45 minutes and to a maximum of 30 minutes for the case (*1), by video. The advice given is by professionals experts in the field and relate to machine settings but we can not be held responsible in the event of a crash, these resulting in the vast majority of cases of piloting problems.
