Description

The SCORPION of AVIATION DESIGN is the most well-known training jet of ADJETS, visible here in video. We offer it thanks to a partnership with this French company.

It is all composite comes mounted painted and decorated.
It has the appearance of a unique bi-drift mock-up fighter, with its two side air intakes, its large canopy and its dorsal airbrake. It also has exceptional flight qualities.
The planned reactor ranges from 9 to 14 kg of thrust.
The structure is fully molded in fiberglass/carbon fiber/epoxy resin composite.
The model is delivered painted and decorated. The ailerons, flaps and rudders are already hinged. No gluing is necessary for the assembly of the SCORPION.
The SCORPION is also optionally equipped with a back airbrake, perfect for short terrains and which brings a plus in terms of its approach pace.
The landing gear was specially designed for unprepared runways, with pulled landing gear legs and aluminum housings cut from the mass.
The SCORPION is of course completely removable for easy transport.

THIS MODEL WAS ESPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR REACTOR BEGINNERS WITH THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES :

• Extremely easy to drive;
• Short take-offs and landings thanks to a thick profile, wide flaps and low wing loading;
• Ultra fast assembly;
• Easy access to the engine thanks to a large engine hatch;
• Very good access to the reservoir;
• Easy radio installation by a wide fuselage hatch and servo housings provided.

THE SCORPION KIT INCLUDES :

• The two-part fuselage made of epoxy fiberglass painted with the couples laid;
• Installed air intake ducts;
• Separate fuselage hatch;
• Pre-cut air brake;
• The molded canopy in painted fiber;
• The wings with integrated panels molded in fiberglass painted with fins and hinged flaps;
• The 2 fins and the 2 fiberglass stabs painted;
• All accessories (clevises, hinges, servo bracket, hatch lock...);
• Aluminum wing spanner;
• A complete assembly manual with photos.

MODEL COMES WITH 6 DECORATIONS TO CHOOSE FROM (attention the price may change depending on the decoration):

• Model painted white;
• Deco white / red checkered silver;
• Patrouille Suisse decoration;
