Carbon plate 350x150x3mm, ideal for making CNC parts.

These carbon fiber plates are made from HT carbon fiber prepregs with a transparent epoxy resin matrix in press molding. Resin content Ø 40%.

Carbon fiber plates can be milled, sawn or waterjet cut.

Before being used outdoors, carbon fiber plates must be covered with a UV varnish, as they turn slightly yellow when exposed to sunlight.

Manufacturing:
0.2 and 0.5 mm: One or two layers of prepreg carbon fabric 200 g/m2, twill weave
0.3 and 0.6 mm: One or two layers of prepreg carbon fabric 245 g/m2, twill weave
≤ 0.8mm: Upper layers of 200 g/m2 carbon fabric prepreg, twill weave and the corresponding number of middle layers of UD carbon fabric prepreg

Length and width tolerances :

Sawn: ±1 mm
Waterjet cutting (depending on the free capacity of the installations): ± 0.3 mm

Thickness tolerances :
≤ 0.8mm: ±0.1mm
1 and 1.5 mm: ±0.2mm
≥2 mm: ±0.3mm

Thermal deflection temperature: 120°C
