Heat-conducting glue, ideal for gluing heat sinks.

This glue Fischer Elektronik thermal is suitable for the safe and thermal bonding of electronic components such as high-power LEDs or mechanical components. This is a temperature-resistant, impact-resistant, solvent-free and thermally conductive two-component glue filled with aluminum oxide. Suitable for the preparation of porous and non-porous surfaces of metals, glass, ceramic materials and almost all plastics. The mixture (1:1) of the hardener and the binder is done by a static mixing tube with the Luer-Lock system.
