Epoxy glue 20min 128g

This epoxy glue is a good replacement product for polyester resins. Since the odor is very low, it can be used to laminate a fiberglass fabric on a wooden surface or be used for a lost mold and can receive a primary color layer as well as a finishing paint. Finish-Cure 20 min. is the product, compared to all existing epoxies, the easiest to sand and is perfectly suitable for covering foam wing cores. For best results, Finish-Cure 20 min. can be heated to a temperature of more than 29 C to be applied on low-weight fiberglass. First spread the fabric over the balsa, then spread Finish-Cure 20 min. with a brush. Once the fiber is well saturated with resin, pass, with a heat stripper over the surface and then scrape off the excess resin with a piece of fine plastic (phone or bank card type). Heat and remove excess resin to obtain a light finish, repeat if necessary. If the ambient temperature is below 21 C, proceed to the heat stripper several times on the surface within 2 hours. During drying, you can lightly sand, then add filler and then scrape off the excess with a plastic card. After complete drying, sand with fine sandpaper to achieve a perfectly smooth finish and ready to receive a coat of primary paint. For large-weight fiberglass, apply the epoxy first to the substrate and then to the fabric.
